I’m actually going to take a stab at planning a menu for this week. Somehow I have to avoid seven days of soup and sandwiches…it’s so far beyond the ‘getting old’ stage!
So, here goes nothing. Simple this week, but planned, at least.
Monday – nothing planned (will be working late and picking something up on the way home)
Tuesday- BLTs (yes it’s a sandwich, but it’s definitely not PB&J), fruit
Wednesday – meatloaf & french fries
Thursday – spaghetti w/ meat sauce, salad
Friday – tacos, beans, rice
Saturday – chicken breasts, rice, vegetables
Sunday – leftovers
I’ll let you know next week how well I did actually sticking to it.

I can’t plan a menu for the day.. my husband do that back and forth..
“what do you want?” ” I don’t know what do you want?” and this is nightly!!
